Ingredients
  • 3 cup(s) canned fava or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup(s) chopped seeded tomato
  • 3 cup(s) finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup(s) chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons salt
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently.
