	<description>I have terrible eating habits and I really need some advice on how to stick to eating right. PLus i am always on the go and i pretty much never eat at home. so i am always at restaraunts and i usually try to order healthy but i tend to get tempted with desserts... any  ideas on how to avoid temptations?</description>

	<description>I would suggest to drink alot of water throughout the day and only eat half portions when you go out.    DO NOT eat the desserts when you are out because they really are loaded with empty calories.  This can make or break your diet. I would  suggest to carry a 100 calorie dessert pack in your purse.  Nabisco makes them and they are great and can really curb your sweet tooth!  Good Luck to you and your weight loss!</description>
