I am a black man who can't cook worth doo doo. but it has been my experience that "with the exeption of me" that southern black men just know more about using a grill. But why ? Maybe it's the weather. any way if you have any know any reasons why this could be or disagree i would love to hear your comments.And most importantly how can I learn to cook like them.
